We would like to say that it is very unlikely to see thousands of chickens at once! Well, at least for this video posted below, we get to see this amazing sight. This video takes us to the Maosheng Village in North East China’s Heilongjiang Province.

A 40-year-old farmer has raised 70,000 chickens. Wait, let’s read that one more time, a man has raised 70,000 chickens! Imagine the work of being in charge of a coup of chickens, let alone 70,000. In the video, he shared with his social media followers, between 50,000-60,000 followers, that in the first few months of raising the chickens, he didn’t need to feed them very much as there were so many grasshoppers and other insects that roamed his fields.

In the months to follow, he ended up feeding them corn, fish, and bones to keep up with their healthy diet. The chickens would also eat locusts which would help them to avoid locust plagues; he goes on to share.

His desire to live stream his process of raising these chickens reached thousands of followers that he had that were interested in his farm. However, once this video went viral, we saw that the video posted below, as of 2023, has over 37 million views!

Now that we have seen these amazing chickens all flocked together, let’s learn a little bit more about what they are.
